本文分为五章,第一章大致介绍了发泡塑料的发展背景和研究的方向,以及本文的研究目的。在第一章大致介绍了发泡塑料(主要是EVA)的应用,国外在EVA发泡技术上的发展状况,发展背景,国内的技术发展水平和与国外发泡技术水平的差距。最后大致介绍了当前的EVA技术的缺陷和EVA在未来的发展方向和发展理念。第二章介绍了EVA的加工原材料,主要介绍了原材料的发泡助剂和EVA跟其他一些发泡塑料的比较。发泡塑料的应用在现在非常广泛,EVA作为发泡塑料的典型,有必要与其它的发泡塑料进行分析,比较,以方便清晰对EVA泡沫塑料性能的研究方向。第三章主要介绍了本次课题中较为关键的一环——EVA泡沫塑料注射工艺和模具的制造。本章的介绍为后面的实验处理和实验结果的分析打下基础。第四章是主要处理本课题中进行的试验后的数据处理和理论分析,得出从本课题中研究出来的一些EVA发泡倍率的研究结果。第五章为总结。
