摘要：随着我国经济的发展，中小企业如雨后春笋般的发展起来，但由于内部条件不完善，无法单独设立专职会计岗位，致使会计工作不规范，影响了会计信息质量，也影响了税收征纳。而代理记账业务的产生和发展，则给中小企业的会计工作带来了曙光。本文从中小企业会计核算管理、代理记账的发展现状和前景、中小企业采用代理记账的必要性及选择代理记账机构的思考等方面展开探讨。
