According to the site survey we considered that the plug and socket were burn by arcing, the gap between plug and socket cause arcing. So there is gap between the interface of the plug and socket, the connecting interface is not proper, maybe this caused by incorrect connecting or operation. What is more, when RTG running generate libration and cause the connecting interface loosening and bigger gap. In the end result in the plug and socket burn off.

According to the site survey we thought (considered改为thought认为，更贴切) that the plug and the socket （plug和socket分别是两样东西，都要有定冠词the）were burnt(这里应为过去分词，故要加t) by the arcing . There is gap between the interface of the plug and that of the socket(是想表达“插头与插座的内表面有间隙”这个意思吧？),and they didn't fit well.What is more, when RTG running generated libration and caused the connecting interface loosening and a bigger gap,which caused the arcing. and resulted in the plug and socket burnt out.
