结合我军装甲装备的现状，为提高车辆的整体性能，提高战斗力，本文重点研究并设计一种适用于62式轻型坦克的干式双离合器。
首先，本文对双离合器的发展背景、发展现状和应用前景进行研究，并掌握其发展趋势，分析其应用于我军装甲车辆的可行性，为双离合器的设计工作提供依据。
其次，研究双离合器的结构和原理，确定离合器的结构方案，利用相关参数设计应用于62式坦克的干式双离合器，并根据现有装备的结构尺寸最终选取为两片式膜片弹簧双离合器机构，能够满足膜片弹簧所提供的行程，并对所设计的离合器进行失效形式校核及优化设计。
最后，得出设计结果，并用Pro/E对其进行三维建模。
