你好，这里不应该再在句子的后面加上it,因为那样就显得重复了，因为句子的主语The maths problem 已经很明显的指出了后面的it就是The maths problem ，后面就不要重复了。

具体怎么讲的就忘了，比如说The bag is too heavy to carry
sth+adj for sb to do 类似的句型中，动词后面不能再加it~
