可以用fewer，I took fewer sips from the bottle than she did。
但作者没有，为什么没有的原应是more or less， 两个go hand in hand。

这里并没有比较的意思和用法。
not one more, not one (less)是固定结构，表示一口不多，一口不少

Not One Less 一个都不能少，是固定用法。

例如：One Less Reason 少一个原因
