本文设计实验通过将不同Zn含量加入5056铝合金中,测定不同的Zn含量对合金组织与性能的影响。探究Al-Mg-Zn合金中Zn元素含量对合金力学性能和组织的影响,通过镜像分析和性能测试,寻求最佳的成份配比。
参阅有关文献知:A1一Mg—Zn合金中的Mg和Zn含量对合金的性能影响很大。当Mg含量小于3.5%时,合金不能获得较高的强度,而当Mg含量大于8.0%时,合金在熔炼过程中易氧化,并产生疏松、气孔等铸造缺陷。合金中Zn含量大于Mg含量时,易形成很大的内应力,促进晶间应力腐蚀,因而易产生晶间裂纹而导致断裂隐患J.从热处理方面考虑,Zn和Mg含量的总量不能大于12%,否则会对热处理产生有害的影响。
本文通过添加从2%到5.5%不同含量的Zn至5056铝合金中,熔炼后对其铸态条件下进行硬度试验,然后进行固溶+时效处理后,在进行显微组织观察和硬度试验,从而探究出Zn在铝镁合金中最佳的成分配比,保证Al—Mg—Zn合金具有较高综合性能。
