摘 要
随着经济全球化的迅速发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,产品的同质化倾向越来越明显,与此同时,客户的需求日益多样化和个性化。在这样的市场环境下,“以客户为中心”的管理理念受到了许多企业的高度重视。客户关系管理是一个通过详细管理企业与客户之间的关系来实现客户价值最大化,企业收益最大化之间平衡的有效途径。而对于中小超市这一特定的零售企业形式面临的是数量庞大而不确定的客户,且自身的信息技术力量薄弱,难以采集丰富的客户信息及相关数据,使得客户关系的管理不够,客户的需求未能得到很好的满足,因此很大的影响到了客户的满意度,进而影响到了自身的经营效益和发展。本文对中小超市的经营特点与客户特点进行分析,探讨了中小超市客户关系管理模式,并针对中小超市客户关系管理中存在的客户数据收集利用不够、与客户接触方式单一、缺少个性化服务等问题,从CRM、数据库营销、超市整体建设三方面提出了相应的实施策略,从而更好地为中小超市的经营服务。
