使命召唤4联机KEY的问题

一点加入游戏就显示：key code not is valid. please enter your key code in the mulitplayer options/enter key code menu and then try connecting to the server again. 谁知道说的啥意思啊？ 怎么解决，本人很笨，希望能说的清楚点解决的办法！！！
