那你的回答是 我没有收到。。。 - I didn't receive...

如果对方没问，你主动联系他/她
我（还）没有收到。。。 - I haven't received...

所以，两个都可以，因为楼主没有写清楚此问题的背景所以我们去发知道他指那个。

另外，我们外国人很少说 'really have not' 这个说法有点别扭。
英语是我的母语，发过了无数的英语邮件，你还是相信我吧。

还不能用 “楼上的”。。。cdmxsy的后面句型不对

ps: 如果你要算邮件的话。。来来回回的话。。。我每天都快发上百了。不过也不见得我英语就很好。他们看的懂就不会来纠正你。其实都可以拉。完成应该也可以。意思有点不同。
