oracle 10g创建数据库实例错误

DIM-00014:无法打开Windows NT服务控制管理器
O/S-Error：（OS5）拒绝访问

今天起床突然发现oracle service启不来
用oradim -startup -sid test得到DIM-00014 Cannot open the Windows NT Service Control Manager
然后用oradim -delete -sid test去删除得到
DIM-00010: System\CurrentControlSet\Services\OracleService does not exit
O/S - Error <OS2> the system cannot find the file specified.
突然想到可能跟权限有关系，进去windows的用户管理一看，把登陆用户加入administrators组及ora_dba组，然后重启机器在用oradim启动oracle service
