安装程序出现不能访问windows installer

之后在百度找答案，让我在服务里找到windows installer然后启动。可是我在服务里没找到windows installer怎么办？还有就是我下栽了一个Windows Installer CleanUp Utility 1.0说是清除程序的Windows Installer配置信息，我下载完了，可是没解决不能访问Windows Installer这个没解决前不能安装啊，麻烦知道的告诉一下谢谢，别复制，我是找答案不是看小说的，谢谢各位了

下载以后安装

开始菜单-运行-“msiexec.exe /regserver”后再在服务里看下是否有了windows installer服务。
