本论文研究目的是为了探索潜课程在小学教育中的应用领域，增强其在小学教育中的应用价值。研究范围是整个小学教育领域。研究对象是小学教育领域内的潜课程。为了改善其稳定性与可行性，利用显性课程在教育中所存在的不足，通过显性课程与隐性课程的互补作用来进行潜课程的具体行动方案。本文的第一部分大体上介绍了潜课程的现发展趋势，对潜课程的国内、外发展状况进行了一下综合阐述。本文第二部分介绍了潜课程和行动研究的相关概念，更透彻的说明了潜课程行动研究的理念。第三部分是本论文的研究个案，通过问卷调查更明确的了解了现阶段我国小学领域内的潜课程发展状况以及其优势和存在的相关问题。为了解决其存在的问题和不足之处，本文第四部分整体介绍了应如何进行潜课程行动，具体措施都是根据时代背景以及现国内小学潜课程行动的特点以及不足点而进行的，这一部分也是本论文的重点部分。潜课程研究一直处于停滞状态，是因为其行动方向没有正确把握小学生的心理。时代在变化，小学生的心理也在随着时代变化，应正确把握时代特征，以行动为首要条件，才能彻底发挥前课程的优势，促进小学教育的发展。结果表明，大力开发潜课程在小学教育中的行动作用，整套行动方案系统地表现出潜课程极好的运行性和稳定性。
