是不对的吧。you would 后边应该加一个be动词
eg:It would be better to finish our work earlier then we can go and watch the football match

you'd 是 you do

had better
had better do sth. 最好做某事
had better not do sth. 最好不做某事
had better 中had可以和前面的词缩写
you'd better 是 you had better
