没有散热方面的原因。
你是程序繁杂，运行死的机（比如有两个以上杀毒软件，自动登陆的东西多等等）
你重新启动，用F8高级模式，再用安全模式打开电脑，删除一些东西（如俩个杀毒软件删一个），关掉自动登录。再重启就好了
