Having got contact with the Immigration Department of HK, I've asked them about progress of the visa application of Alex. They replyed that they would contact us when they got the info. So, I provided them telephone number of Phyllis.
Phyllis: Please inform us ASAP when you got the reply about the application process or "accept file number" from them. Thank you.

contact去掉就可以了。replied不是replyed.
