This issue looks like your IP address might be inadvertantly blocked by a firewall between your computer and our servers. Can you please post your public IP address so we can investigate this? You can easily find that out by visiting http://www.whatismyip.com Also, what region of the world are you physically located in? I ask because I know we added a large number of block recently that affect China due to some large-scale DNS attacks.
