钢铁工业炼焦工艺中产生大量酚氰废水,这种废水中含有高浓度的酚、氰化物、氨氮、油类等物质,COD高达2000mg/L以上,若直接排放,将会给环境造成极大的危害。目前,国内外大多数焦化厂酚氰废水采用好氧生化处理法,它具有处理量大、运行费用低,去除污染物效率高的优点。本设计根据废水中污染物的特性及排放要求,选取普通活性污泥法工艺。预处理阶段,采用重力隔油法和气浮法除去大量石油类物质。生化处理阶段,由于废水的COD含量较高,且含有氰化物等有毒物质,采用二段曝气法除去大量有机污染物,使废水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)三级排放标准。污泥处理阶段,采用重力浓缩池来降低污泥含水率,并通过污泥脱水间进一步处理,使得污泥含水率大大降低。
