瓜洲排涝防洪闸设计
1.2设计基本资料
邗江县水利局,根据规划要求,拟在老运河入江尾闾,瓜洲镇东新开的裁湾河段上,对邗江闸改造。该工程的任务是:①承泄大运河以西湾头闸以南、老运河、无塌沟流域以东及老运河沿河地区的涝水;②保持老运河通航水位通常情况下位于▽3.5~4.5m之间,并解决沿河地区在农田灌溉用水和扬州市工业、居民用水,当蓄水不足时可开闸引长江水补给。

1.闸孔设计时水位与流量组合:
闸上水位▽5.30m,闸下水位▽4.86m,排涝流量Q=362m³/s。
2.消能设计时水位与流量组合
正向运行情况,闸上水位▽5.28m,闸下水位▽3.5m,流量Q=320 m³/s。
反向运行时,闸上水位▽3.5m,闸下水位▽4.8m,流量为相应水位下闸门全开时通过的流量。
3.闸身稳定计算时水位组合:
正向运行情况:闸上水位▽4.50,闸下水位▽-0.26m。
反向运行情况:闸上水位▽4.00m,闸下水位▽6.54m。
正向校核情况:闸上水位▽4.50,闸下水位▽-0.41m。
反向校核情况:闸上水位▽4.00m,闸下水位▽6.94m。
4.上下游河道底宽40m,边坡1:4,河底高程▽-1.0m。
5.交通桥按汽—20级设计,净宽9m,拟采用钢筋混凝土铰接板桥。
6.该水闸设胸墙底高程为▽4.5m。
1.2.2地质资料
在▽-1.0~▽2.0m之间有一层软粘土层,N<2以下则为一层灰色极细砂深约7~8m,N>15,γ自然=18kN/m³,γmax =20kN/m³,φ=25°,c=0,1m水深处允许流速v=0.45 m/s。回填土资料γ=18.0 kN/m³,γsat=19.6kN/m³。
