关于美国枪支问题

只有加州从2005年1月1日开始实施.50 BMG(12.7mm)步枪管制，事实上也就是不允许销售给普通公民。法令全称是2004年.50口径BMG 管制法。其它州全都可以买的哦。

.50 BMG最著名的生产商巴雷特老板罗尼.巴雷特写了一封公开信给加州议员，抗议加州通过这部违宪法律，并立即停止对加州政府执法部门销售和修理任何巴雷特枪支。

加州是一个枪支法律极不友好的州。但其周边的州枪支法律都很友好。
