高手进来，解释一道和插入语有关的题

A.of doing it
B.of of doing it

如果选择B的话很好理解，第一个of与前面的thought构成固定搭配做the way的定语，第二个of是the way of doing结构
可是，如果选择A,把he thought看做是插入语呢？是不是也可以？

这个题只能选择A。
he thought of是做定语从句后置来修饰the way的。
真正的主句是
The way is of great value. of 后加名称，相当于形容词。所以主句就是
The way is valuable.
如果选择A，两个of就重叠了。在这里，he thought of是定语从句，而不是插入语

我觉得应该可以。因为The way of doing it is of great value.是一个完整的句子。因而可以把he thought作为插入语，修饰the way!
