大意：我看到他走进医院然后了开了一扇大门。

see sb. do sth.看见某人做了某事
see sb. doing sth. 看见某人正在做某事

在这里通过后面“open a big door”为了保持一致我们要使用“enter”！

see sb. doing sth. 看见某人正在做某事
这句话中的and并列see和open，所以不加to了。
