我以前遇到过，是我的Office组建和IE冲突。

你可以在的IE里试一试：

“工具”菜单 -> Internet 选项 -> 高级 -> 在“浏览”里取消“允许页面转化”

英文的是：
Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab -> uncheck 'Enable
Page Transitions' ini the 'Browsing' section
