vc编译出了问题，重装了还是不行

在编译一个正确程序（以前能够正常运行的）时，编译出来的结果如下：
cannot start tool.
操作完成
cannot start tool.
Error spawning 'vcspawn.exe'. The build could not be performed.
不知道是不是vc设置或者安装有问题，重新安装过多次还是上面的结果，希望各位高手能够给小弟指点迷津，谢谢啊
