本设计旨在通过大输液的生产工艺论证，设计正确合理的工艺路线及设备以便达到生产要求。大输液注射用水采用多效蒸馏水机生产，即通过多次热交换对纯化水进行蒸馏，以达到注射用水水质标准。其生产工艺主要包括纯化水制备、注射用水制备等。设计过程中，通过生产量进行物料和能量的衡算，确定主要的生产设备和贮水罐规格、选择其他设备的标准型号和写出完整的工艺论证并画出所设计的设备图、布局图，从而完成课题要求的工艺设计。

Summary
This design is aim to reach the production requirement though the argument of transfusional production technology, the design of a correct and reasonable process route and equipment. The water for transfusion injection is produced by using multi-effect water distillatory, namely to adopt repeatedly heat exchange to distill purified water, and to meet the standard of injection water.
