为什么后面加个been,而不加个done或是不加不可以吗?

如果不加，就缺少一个动词。
been的原型是be，而done的原型是do，在英文中，do通常指做某件事情，而要去哪则用be there或be to the library等等。这是一种规定。

从意思看，had been there是已经去那里的意思，指go to the party一事。
