这个是通病。你试一下，右键点开MATLAB快捷方式，选择“属性”---“兼容性”--“用兼容模式运行这个程序”，再选择“windows 2000”或者别的试试看...祝你成功...

安装方法:

1. 系统环境变量 , administrator的TMP改为 C:\temp 并建立这样一个文件夹

2. 安装之后,新建环境变量

变量名:BLAS_VERSION
变量址: "D:\MATLAB7\bin\win32\atlas_Athlon.dll" (根据安装路径设置)

3. 用记事本编辑 d:\matlab\toolbox\ccslink\ccslink中的info.xml，
里面有一行<name>Link for Code Composer Studio?/name>，
把/name>改为</name>就可以了
