摘要
温度传感器测试台是生产温度传感器的最后一个重要检测环节，要求通过模拟实际应用过程，检测传感器的合格率。以往生产厂家的检测是靠手工操作来实现，从开始升温到温度下降及被测件的翻转，都是人工操作。不但生产效率低下，自动化程度较低，而且检测不可靠，浪费了大量的人力物力。随着生产的发展，在此环节远远满足不了生产的需要，产量受到很大制约。根据用户要求，我们通过反复论证，研制由计算机控制的全自动温度传感器测试台已迫在眉睫。
