目的 评价经股动脉冠状动脉造影术（CAG）后股动脉穿刺部位应用YM - GU-1229型动脉压迫器止血的效果和安全性。 方法 经股动脉途径行CAG的156例患者，随机配对分为两组，A组术后采用YM-GU-1229型动脉压迫器压迫止血8小时，B组采用手法压迫30分钟后弹力绷带“8”字形加压包扎6小时，两组抗血小板和抗凝治疗完全相同，对比分析两种止血方法止血效果、止血时间、肢体制动时间及并发症发生情况。结果 A组局部渗血、血肿形成和总出血发生率明显低于B组，存在显著差异（p<0.05）；A组压迫止血时间、患者肢体制动时间、皮肤受损伤情况、排尿障碍情况及患者不舒适感显著低于B组，差异有显著性意义（p<0.01）。 结论 CAG术后股动脉穿刺部位应用YM-GU-1229型动脉压迫器压迫止血效果好, 肢体制动时间短，患者不舒适感少，并发症低，值得临床推广。
