因为身材指的是外形，而不是重量。
所以用 build 而不用 weight

he is of medium build

build 是身材。

weight是重量

苗条的 a slim build

build本身就是身材的意思。

weight是指体重，build才是身材，不过怎么还有of，不是is做系动词，形容词做表语吗？不懂。如果是His figure is medium也可以吧
