1、Half a pound of coffee.
A quarter of a pound of tea.quarter.
这里第一句Half前面为什么不加a,而quarter前面加a,不是说Half,quarter这两个是可数名词,前都要加the,a的吗?为什么Half前没加?
2、Well,it's certainly not for me!为什么这里not放在certainly后面，不放在is后面写成：Well,it is not certainly for me!
请大伙告诉我一下.

第1个是纯粹的固定用法。。。记住就行。。。
第2个Well,it is not certainly for me!和Well,it is certainly not for me!都可以的啦。。。这个。。就像我们的中文的有些词不是也可以随时换位吗。。
