已经安装了directx9.0
不用重装游戏，可以直接将游戏路径的中文改成英文如D：＼游戏\霹雳小组4＼改为D：＼game\swat4＼当然这会导致卸载时的不便，但是游戏过程中不会有问题，需要卸载时再把路径改回来就行了，这样可以省去重装游戏带来的麻烦
重新安装，把文件名字该成英文全部
