1.Commercial invoice in one original plus 3 copies, indicating total FOB invoice value less 20PCT paid outside L/C, all of which must be manually signed.
2.Available with ... by... any bank in China by negotiation, drafts at ...sight in duplicate indicating this L/C number
3.Multimodal transport document and two non-negotiable copies made out to order ****CO.,LTD.
4.If multimodal transport document is presented, it must show an on board notation indicating the date, ocean vessel's name and the port of lading.
5.Instructions to the paying/accepting/negotiating bank document to be despatched to us in two mails by separate courier, second mail must consisit of one original B/L only. All correspondence to be sent to Bangkok Bank CO.,ltd head office.
6.In settlement, we shall cover you by T/T as per your instruction SWIFT/CABLE charges are for beneficiaries' account upon receipt of document complied with.

1. 商业发票 一正三副， 金额显示：80%FOB，另外20%在信用证以外支付。商业发票正副本都需要盖章手签。
2. 中国任意一家银行议付，即期汇票两份，显示信用证号。
3. 多种方式联运单据和两份副本显示 to order of ...company.
4. 如用多种方式联运单据交单，必须显示ON BOARD 字样，及ON BOARD 日期，船名和起运港。
5. 这条是给银行的，一般银行条款我都不怎么看，大概意思是说，议付行给开证行或是付款行（曼谷银行）寄单时，要分两份来寄，其中第二份必须有一份正本提单。
6.这条不太明白，建议问下银行。
7. 受益人证明， 证明开船后三天内，将一套海运单据副本和FORM E 产地证副本寄给开证人。

5.文件分2次寄，寄到XXX银行（这个你不用管，是你交单行的事情）
6.接收文件后TT付款给你，银行费用卖方承担
