应该是前者， I didn't buy any books ,but Mike bought a dictionary.这句。
因为，didn’t 后面应该用动词原形。你整个句子表示表示过去的动作，所以Mike那句才是bought.
bought是buy的过去式，否定句中因为有didn't，所以bought还原成buy，肯定句中用bought。
