我的英语不好，想和外国朋友聊天，我要怎么样向外国朋友表达自己英语不好并且想向他学习的想法（有礼貌的方式）啊？

My English is not very good,but I'm really determined to improve it with every mean. I think it's a rather good way to chat with foreigners-just like you！Because on one side, I wanna practice my oral English, and on the other side, I hope I could know more about the culture and customs in your country。。。
