为什么能用D 而要选A咧？

花费（即 钱）是不可数的，故不能用many指代而要用much指代
D也是不可用的，three times as many/much这是固定句式，so不能代替as

问题涉及的价钱是不可数的。

这句话后半句是讲它比它贵3倍。
as much many是和...一样多的意思
cost 的是钱不可数。就用much
