本毕业设计题目是气囊自动翻袋机系统---主推部分设计，来自锦州锦恒汽车安全系统有限公司。该公司主要生产安全气囊，方向盘等汽车部件。目前在国内汽车安全气囊行业处于领先地位。
该专机的工作目的是将气囊从里到外自动翻转过来。按照工序的要求，进行了专用机床的方案分析，总体设计，主要进行框架、工作台、气压缸、齿轮传动、电机部分、螺旋机构、机床总体装配设计和机床电路的PLC控制设计。此机床是典型的机械、气动并结合电子控制装置的产品，使用此机床不仅能保证翻袋的质量,更可以降低工人劳动强度,大幅度提高翻袋的效率,从而提高企业经济效益和市场竞争能力，是气囊自动化生产不可缺少的设备。
通过这个课题，介绍了Pro/E 在零件的三维造型中以及在CAXA环境下的实现。通过零件造型的实例,阐述了Pro/E的设计流程与技术优势。并运用其组件进行了装配设计。
在该题目的设计过程中掌握了机械设计，电气控制等的设计基本过程，强化了应用基础理论知识解决实际应用问题，学会正确处理继承与创新的关系，正确使用标准，设计过程中借鉴了大量以往经验数据，对机床的设计精确性，经济性，合理性有一定影响。

The work principle of this proprietary machine is that automatically reverses the air bag from the inside to the outside .In accordance with the requirements of processes, analysis the program for the dedicated machine ,overall design. mainly design parts include the framework, working platforms, pressure tank, gear transmission, electrical parts, screw mechanism, the design of overall assembly and the design of the PLC control circuit for machine tool. This machine is a typical product which combinates with mechanical, pneumatic and electronic control device, It can not only guarantee the quality of double bag, but also can reduce
