1.表示意思不同 你比较一下：two hundreds of students两百名学生 （只有两百名学生） two hundred of the students 学生中的两百名 （不止两百名，of 表示 ……之中的，意指在许多学生中特指其中的这两百名学生）
Two hundred of the students in our school will go to the beach .意思是学校中有两百个学生将要去海滩。（学校不只有两百个学生）
About two hundreds of films were shown during the 5th film festival.大约有两百部电影在第五届电影节上展映。（只有大约两百部）
另外，hundred of 前接具体的数字hundred不能用复数,所以应该是two hundred of films
2只不过是两种说法而已，第几课有两种说法，Lesson Twelve=the twelfth lesson
一种Lesson直接加基数词，一种the+序数词+lesson
我觉得没什么区别 就像class 3，三班 而the third class就变成第三个班级 这两个说法有时候是有区别的 有时候 比如说课这个东西 认为固定排序 有时候意思就一样 要看具体的语境
