急! WEB期末考试....就1小时了...请大家看看

这个容易，本人会网页制作，不过还有三个地方不会,1个是输入文本最小6个字限制;2是电话号码;3是邮箱的正确与否;其它的都会!
新建名为***.htm
在里面输入(并保存):
