怎么解决UG无法安装

我的系统是XP专业版SP3在另一系统没问题
同一种安装方法,只是不是同一台主机,系统版本不一样

原因可能：
1.你装licence时 没有按照提示按装
2.你的安装路径中有中文 ，一点中文都不能有
3.你的浏览器是IE7
把IE7卸载了，装火狐浏览器或者IE6
或者可以删除安装目录下UGII/psapi.dll文件
我的系统也是XP专业版SP3，你看看你的IE，有没有变成IE7
