i want to find a foreigin who can speak english and lives or studies in shanghai

oral english? i have lots of international friends, but none of them use QQ...u better use AIM, FACEBOOK or MSN also, don't use the word "foreign", that word is kind of rude if u wanna use it overseas. Silly Chinese teacher won't teach u this. Hope u can find one 2 help u.
