A Letter to Headmaster

Dear Mr. Sharon,
My name is Heindrick from A2 Class-Building Contruction Major. My purpose of writing this letter is I want to complain about the service of our school canteen, while most China Univerities have applied electronic system to their canteen service our canteen fall behind with the limitaton of only being able to use cash. This lag point cause we spent to much time while buying food at school and small change become a big problem too.
Hope Mr. Sharon will consider the idea to apply an electronic billing system to our University and therefore save student from wasting time again there.
