I've had enough of you!

根本没有上面那么麻烦啦！！！ 难道都没看过英文原版片？
实际上一个词就够了： Enough!!! (表示对对方的语言或行为再也无法忍受)

I have got enough of you/I can’t stand you/I cant’t put up wih you

I can't stand you

Fed up with you

I cannot stand you any more!!

stand 就是忍受的意思～～
