请问选什么？原因是什么？

选A have
只有have是have sb do sth ,
其余的都是to do sth
him or her leave a message是sb.do sth.

have sb done sth
tell sb to do sth
get sb do sth
ask sb to do sth
“leave”前没有to,所以只有B正确
