在线中文翻译：重新启动，并选择适当的开机装置或插入开机媒体在选定的开机装置，并按下一个键

在BIOS设置里 ,找到 “chipset”，进入
找到“onboard peripheraals configuration"
进入 把里面的选项都设置为“enable" 就可以 了。。。。

可能是哪个东西松动了，插紧些
