在lomboz里建立web工程 new target runtime 的时候出现

window--》perference--》找到server--》tomcat--》指定你的tomcat目录
ok！！
没有指定TOMCAT的安装目录，或者是因为你的环境变量没有设置TOMCAT的
你选择tomcat的时候没有选择到根目录的原因吧。
