请分析一下结构？ 而且为什么要用Are？谢谢
either or用的是就近原则，不是就后原则
所以当疑问句中动词提前，那么动词当然由you来决定
如果改成疑问句，就变成了
Either you or he is to go there.
我觉得是就进原则，因为系动词跟的是you所以应该是are.
当you表示“你们”的意思时候，系动词用are;但表示“你”的时候，用"is".
either or遵循就近原则。
这句话的you是“你们”的意思，根据就近原则就用are.
