Imagine that there will be an international conference for 30 famous doctors all over the world a month later(from 1st July to 5th July).The conference consists of 4 speakers lecture in the hall,and seminars for small groups in small rooms.You are responsible for the whole procedure of arrangement of the conference,from the beginning of communicating with all the relevant people and booking rooms in hotels and travels etc,till the end to see the guests away to the airport or railway station.Give a plan as in details as possible.Your goal is to make all the guest satisfied with the conference.
