使 用 说 明 书
一、产品用途
本产品主要用于织物上胶、涂层，织物被固定在针板上进烘房，能使织物保证门幅。
二、主要规格

四、机器构造
1、进布装置
织物首先进入对中装置，使布保证在机器中间部位进入涂台（网涂），自动挡浆能保证胶料涂于布面的位置，红外线探边保证上针布边宽度。
2、出布装置
织物烘干后由针夹链带出烘房
3、冷水辊、大卷装
织物出烘房后先经过冷水辊冷却，后由大卷装收卷。
4、热风循环
共有12只5#风机用于热风循环，由12只3kw三相异步电动机带动，每个风机的出口接有一对喷风咀，烘房内的空气通过过滤网后，经过散热器加热，热空气被吸入风机，再经过喷风咀上下对吹到织物，使织物均匀受热后烘干。
5、排湿装置
在烘房顶端有2只5#风机，用于排去烘燥过程中产生的小蒸汽。
6、温度控制
温控装置由温度传感器（Pt100）温控表、电动阀组成，客户可根据工艺要求自动控制烘房温度。
7、幅度调节
机器的工作幅度在1000-1800可调，由三组减速机控制。
五、基本操作
1、打开温控
2、打开热风循环装置
3、按动幅宽调节按钮，将幅宽调到所需值。
4、温度达到工艺要求后，将织物引入针板。
5、红外线探边打到自动位置。
6、调节好涂层刀
7、使用平面涂层时，使挡浆放置于布边外（宽度自调），把自动挡浆开到自动外。
8、在操作面板上，把传动部件打到自动位置。
9、按下运行起动，点动升速键，使机器缓慢运行。
10、织物上好卷桩后，点动升速至工艺要求的速度。
