这怎么办呀？
重启也是一样的，在重启到输入用户密码的时候就会出现这个。

Runtime Error!意为运行时出错。出现这种情况的原因很多，大多为运行某个特定的程序或浏览某个特定的网站引起。据你的情况来看，应将瑞星卸载后重新安装，然后用雅虎助手修复一下浏览器，应该可以解决。
